Consultant–Mentors are experienced professionals who bring deep expertise, sound judgment, and proven leadership to client engagements. They are consultants first—trusted to solve problems, lead initiatives, and deliver results. When opportunities arise, they also share what they know, providing guidance and mentorship that helps others grow.
You might:
- Lead or support complex initiatives and make important decisions
- Provide strategic direction while staying hands-on in execution
- Apply deep industry knowledge to solve problems and manage risk
- Guide client teams, facilitate workshops, and communicate with clarity
- Mentor and develop Specialists when appropriate
Great for experienced professionals, industry leaders, subject matter experts, former military officers and enlisted leaders, and seasoned consultants seeking flexible, meaningful work.
↗Consultant – Specialist
Bring Your Strengths. Build Your Experience.
Consultant–Specialists are capable professionals who contribute to client engagements while developing deeper Life Sciences experience through meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams, building skills, confidence, and industry knowledge with every project.
You might:
- Conduct research, analysis, and assessments
- Develop deliverables including plans, process maps, procedures, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate activities, meetings, actions, risks, issues, and project execution
- Support workshops, cross-functional teams, and client initiatives
- Learn regulations, processes, and industry practices while contributing to real client work
Great for recent graduates, military service members and veterans, career changers, professionals returning to the workforce, and early-career professionals ready to grow.
