Facilitate process workshops and map current and future-state workflows. Identify pain points and redundancies, clarify roles and decision points, and develop practical deliverables such as process flows, RACI models, procedures, KPIs, dashboards, governance mechanisms, and implementation plans. Support rollout, training, and adoption of the redesigned process.
